Our Approach
Our approach to equine-assisted coaching is founded on a holistic and integrative model that combines the profound benefits of equine interaction with the principles of gestalt. and mindfulness. We believe in the power of the present moment and the therapeutic value of fostering awareness, responsibility, and acceptance. Through the intuitive and non-judgmental nature of our equine partners, coupled with the experiential techniques, we guide our clients toward a deeper understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Animal - Assisted Coaching
By utilizing animals in the therapeutic process, our horses and dogs will help serve as a mirror that will reflect back your core belief systems, magnify relationships in your life, and build an understanding of how you operate in the world.
They show us the “old story” or a worn-out cycle of negative internal dialogue that has us stuck and unable to move. When we are working with animals in this setting, these pieces get acknowledged and it opens us up for an opportunity to work through these blindspots and create new movement and change.
